Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 3200 — Abdullah bin Rafi' (may Allah have mercy)

Abdullah bin Rafi' (may Allah have mercy on him), the freed slave of Umm Salamah (may Allah be pleased with her), said: I asked Sayyiduna al-Hajjaj bin Amr al-Ansari (may Allah be pleased with him) about a person in ihram being held back, and he said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whoever (in the state of ihram) suffers a broken bone, or becomes lame, or falls ill, has come out of ihram, and Hajj is due from him the following year." Ikrimah said: Then I asked Abu Hurayrah and Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them) about it, and they both said: Al-Hajjaj has spoken the truth.
