حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَضْرَمِيُّ، ثنا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ سَالِمٍ، حَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ يُوسُفَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ، عَنْ هُبَيْرَةَ بْنِ يَرِيمَ، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ: «مَنْ سَرَّهُ أَنْ يَنْظُرَ إِلَى أَشْبَهِ النَّاسِ بِرَسُولِ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مَا بَيْنَ عُنُقِهِ إِلَى وَجْهِهِ فَلْيَنْظُرْ إِلَى الْحَسَنِ بْنِ عَلِيٍّ، وَمَنْ سَرَّهُ أَنْ يَنْظُرَ إِلَى أَشْبَهِ النَّاسِ بِرَسُولِ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مَا بَيْنَ عُنُقِهِ إِلَى كَعْبِهِ خَلْقًا ولَوْنًا فَلْيَنْظُرْ إِلَى الْحُسَيْنِ بْنِ عَلِيٍّ»
Hubayrah bin Yarim said that Sayyiduna Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) said: "Whoever would like to see the person who most resembles the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) from the neck to the face, let him look at al-Hasan bin Ali; and whoever would like to see the person who most resembles the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) from the neck to the ankle, in build and complexion, let him look at al-Husayn bin Ali."
