Ibn Sirin said: Sayyiduna al-Hasan bin Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) said: "If you were to look between Jabars and Jabalq, you would not find any man whose grandfather was a prophet except me and my brother. And I think it right that you unite upon Sayyiduna Mu'awiyah (may Allah be pleased with him). 'And I do not know; perhaps it is a trial for you and an enjoyment for a time' [Surah al-Anbiya: 111]." Ma'mar said: "Jabars and Jabalq mean the East and the West."
