Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 2188 — the Prophet ﷺ wrote a letter to him

It is narrated from Sayyiduna Jufaynah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) wrote a letter to him, and he used it to patch his bucket. His daughter said to him: "You took the letter of the master of the Arabs (the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him)) and patched your bucket with it!" So he fled, taking every little and large possession of his. Later he came as a Muslim, and the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whatever of your belongings you find before the shares are divided, take it."
