حَدَّثَنَا سَهْلُ بْنُ مُوسَى شِيرَانُ الرَّامَهُرْمُزِيُّ، ثنا عِيسَى بْنُ شَاذَانَ، ثنا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ أَبُو أَحْمَدَ الْأَعْرَابِيُّ، حَدَّثَتْنِي نَادِيَةٌ بِنْتُ أَبِي مَاجِدَةَ، قَالَتْ: حَدَّثَتْنِي مَوْلَاتِي أُمُّ شِهَابٍ الْغَنَوِيَّةُ، قَالَتْ: «أَتَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، فَأَمَرَ لِي بِسَوِيقٍ مِنْ شَعِيرٍ وَكَسَانِي كِسَاءً»
Sayyidah Umm Shihab al-Ghanawiyyah (may Allah be pleased with her) said: I came to the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him), and he (peace and blessings be upon him) had some barley sawiq (parched-grain meal) given to me, and he also clothed me with a cloak.
