Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 21875 — My maternal aunt, Umm Hufayd, presented

Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrated: My maternal aunt, Umm Hufayd (may Allah be pleased with her), presented to the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) ghee, dried curd and lizard (dabb) meat as a gift. He (peace and blessings be upon him) ate the ghee and the aqit (dried curd), but left the lizard out of distaste. Had it been unlawful, it would not have been eaten at the dining cloth of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him).
