حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَمْرٍو الْخَلَّالُ الْمَكِّيُّ، ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَبِي عُمَرَ الْعَدَنِيُّ، ثنا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ أَبِي زِيَادٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ الْحَارِثِ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَتْنِي أُمُّ هَانِئٍ، «أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ صَلَّى الضُّحَى بِأَعْلَى مَكَّةَ ثَمَانِ رَكَعَاتٍ»
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin al-Harith (may Allah be pleased with him) said: Umm Hani (may Allah be pleased with her) told me that: "The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) prayed the Duha (forenoon) prayer, eight rak'ahs, in the upper part of Makkah."
