حَدَّثَنَا مُعَاذُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى، ثنا أَبُو مُصْعَبٍ الزُّبَيْرِيُّ، ح وَحَدَّثَنَا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ، ثنا مَخْلَدُ بْنُ مَالِكٍ الْحَرَّانِيُّ، قَالَا: ثنا عَطَّافُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ، ثنا سَعِيدُ بْنُ عَمْرِو بْنِ جَعْدَةَ بْنِ هُبَيْرَةَ، عَنْ أُمِّ هَانِئٍ بِنْتِ أَبِي طَالِبٍ، وَهِيَ جَدَّتُهُ قَالَتْ: دَخَلْتُ عَلَى رَسُولِ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَقُلْتُ: يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ، كُنْتُ أُصَلِّي صَلَاةً ثَقُلْتُ عَنْهَا، فَدُلَّنِي عَلَى عَمِلٍ أَعْمَلُهُ يَأْجُرَنِي اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَأَنَا قَاعِدَةٌ، قَالَ: «يَا أُمَّ هَانِئٍ، إِذَا أَصْبَحْتِ سَبِّحِي اللهَ مِائَةً، وهَلِّلِيهِ مِائَةً، وَاحْمَدِيهِ مِائَةً وَكَبِّرِيهِ مِائَةً، فَإِنَّ مِائَةَ تَسْبِيحَةٍ كَمِائَةِ بَدَنَةٍ، وَمِائَةَ تَكْبِيرَةٍ كَمِائَةِ بَدَنَةٍ تُهْدِينَها، وَمِائَةَ تَهْلِيلَةٍ لَا تُبْقِي ذَنْبًا قَبْلَهَا وَلَا بَعْدَهَا»
Sayyidah Umm Hani bint Abi Talib (may Allah be pleased with her) said: I came to the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) and said: O Messenger of Allah! I used to pray a prayer which has now become heavy for me, so guide me to a deed that I can do while sitting and for which Allah will reward me. He (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "O Umm Hani! When you reach the morning, glorify Allah (say Subhan Allah) a hundred times, declare His oneness (say La ilaha illa Allah) a hundred times, praise Him (say al-Hamdu lillah) a hundred times and declare His greatness (say Allahu Akbar) a hundred times. For a hundred glorifications are equal to a hundred sacrificial camels, and a hundred declarations of His greatness are equal to a hundred sacrificial camels that you offer, and a hundred declarations of His oneness leave no sin remaining, neither before them nor after them."
