حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ حَنْبَلٍ، وَالْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ التُّسْتَرِيُّ، قَالَا: ثنا أَبُو كَامِلٍ الْجَحْدَرِيُّ، ثنا أَبُو عَوَانَةَ، عَنْ مُطَرِّفِ بْنِ طَرِيفٍ، عَنْ عَامِرٍ الشَّعْبِيِّ، قَالَ: سَأَلْتُ فَاطِمَةَ بِنْتَ قَيْسٍ عَنِ الْمَرْأَةِ يُطَلِّقُهَا زَوْجُهَا ثَلَاثًا، فَقَالَتْ: «طَلَّقَنِي زَوْجِي ثَلَاثًا عَلَى عَهْدِ رَسُولِ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَأَتَيْتُ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَسْأَلُهُ عَنِ السُّكْنَى، وَالنَّفَقَةِ، فَلَمْ يَجْعَلْ لِي سُكْنَى، وَلَا نَفَقَةَ»
Amir al-Sha'bi said: I asked Fatimah bint Qays (may Allah be pleased with her) about a woman whose husband divorces her three times. She said: "My husband divorced me three times in the time of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him), so I came to the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) and asked him about housing and maintenance, and he (peace and blessings be upon him) did not grant me either housing or maintenance."
