حَدَّثَنَا حَفْصُ بْنُ عُمَرَ بْنِ الصَّبَّاحِ، ثنا عُمَرُ بْنُ حَفْصٍ، حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي، ح وَحَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ الْقَاسِمِ الطَّائِيُّ، ثنا بِشْرُ بْنُ الْوَلِيدِ الْكِنْدِيُّ، ثنا أَبُو يُوسُفَ الْقَاضِي كِلَاهُمَا، عَنِ الْأَعْمَشِ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ، عَنْ فَاطِمَةَ بِنْتِ قَيْسٍ، قَالَتْ: «طَلَّقَنِي زَوْجِي ثَلَاثًا، فَأَتَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لَمْ يَجْعَلْ لِي سُكْنَى وَلَا نَفَقَةً»
Sayyidah Fatimah bint Qays (may Allah be pleased with her) said: "My husband divorced me three times, so I came to the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him), and he (peace and blessings be upon him) did not grant me either housing or maintenance."
