حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ، ثنا حَجَّاجُ بْنُ الْمِنْهَالِ، ثنا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ، أَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ عَوْنٍ، عَنِ الْحَكَمِ بْنِ عُتَيْبَةَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ شَدَّادِ بْنِ الْهَادِ ابْنِ ابْنَةِ حَمْزَةَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْمُطَّلِبِ، «أَنَّهَا أَعْتَقَتْ مَمْلُوكًا لَهَا، فَمَاتَ وَتَرَكَ ابْنَتَهُ وَمَوْلَاتَهُ بِنْتَ حَمْزَةَ، فَوَرِثَتْهُ بِنْتَهُ النِّصْفَ، وَبِنْتَ حَمْزَةَ النِّصْفَ»
It is narrated from Abdullah bin Shaddad bin al-Had, the son of the daughter of Hamzah (may Allah be pleased with him), that "she (bint Hamzah) freed a slave of hers, and he died and left behind his daughter and his manumitter, bint Hamzah; so his daughter inherited half from him, and bint Hamzah half."
