حَدَّثَنَا مُعَاذُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى، ثنا مُسَدَّدٌ، ثنا بِشْرُ بْنُ الْفَضْلِ، عَنْ خَالِدِ بْنِ ذَكْوَانَ، عَنِ الرَّبِيعِ، قَالَتْ: «كُنَّا نَغْزُو مَعَ رَسُولِ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَنَسْقِي الْقَوْمَ وَنَخْدُمُهُمْ وَنَرُدُّ الْقَتْلَى، وَالْجَرْحَى إِلَى الْمَدِينَةِ»
Sayyidah Rubayyi' (may Allah be pleased with her) said: We used to go out on military expeditions with the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him); we gave the people water to drink, served them, and brought the martyrs and the wounded back to Madinah.
