حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ الدَّبَرِيُّ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ الثَّوْرِيِّ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ عُمَرِ بْنِ كَثِيرِ بْنِ أَفْلَحَ، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ سَنُوطَا، عَنْ خَوْلَةَ بِنْتِ قَيْسٍ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ تَذَاكَرَ هُوَ وَحَمْزَةُ الدُّنْيَا فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «إِنَّ الدُّنْيَا حُلْوَةٌ خَضِرَةٌ فَمَنْ أَخَذَ عَفْوَها بُورِكَ لَهُ وَرُبَّ مُتَخَوِّضٍ فِي مَالِ اللهِ، وَمَالِ رَسُولِهِ لَهُ النَّارُ يَوْمَ يَلْقَاهُ»
It is narrated from Sayyidah Khawlah bint Qays (may Allah be pleased with her) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) and Hamzah (may Allah be pleased with him) talked about the world, and the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "The world is sweet and green. Whoever takes its lawful portion, it is blessed for him; and how many people there are who help themselves to the wealth of Allah and His Messenger; for them is the Fire on the Day they meet Allah."
