حَدَّثَنَا فُضَيْلُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْمَلْطِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو نُعَيْمٍ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ بْنُ عُمَرَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ، عَنْ هِلَالٍ، مَوْلًى لَهُمْ، عَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ جَعْفَرٍ، عَنْ أُمِّهِ أَسْمَاءَ بِنْتِ عُمَيْسٍ، قَالَتْ: عَلَّمَنِي رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَلِمَاتٍ أَقُولُهُنَّ عِنْدَ الْكَرْبِ: «لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللهُ رَبِّي لَا أُشْرِكُ بِهِ شَيْئًا»
Sayyidah Asma' bint Umays (may Allah be pleased with her) said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) taught me some words to say at times of distress: "There is none worthy of worship except Allah; He is my Lord; I do not associate anything with Him."
