Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 20573 — I asked Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas

Muslim al-Qurri (may Allah have mercy on him) said: I asked Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) about Hajj al-Tamattu', and he permitted it, while Ibn al-Zubayr used to forbid it. Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) said: This is the mother of Ibn al-Zubayr; she narrates that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) granted permission for it. Go to her and ask her. The narrator said: So we went to her, and found that she was a heavily built, tall woman. She said: "The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) granted permission for it."
