حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ بْنُ غَنَّامٍ، ثنا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنِ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، ثنا أَبُو أَحْمَدَ الزُّبَيْرِيُّ، ثنا سُفْيَانُ الثَّوْرِيُّ، عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ عُرْوَةَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهَا، قَالَتْ: «كَانَتْ صَفِيَّةُ مِنَ الصَّفِيِّ»
It is narrated from Sayyidah Aishah (may Allah be pleased with her) that she said: "Sayyidah Safiyyah (may Allah be pleased with her) was from the specially chosen share (al-safi) of the spoils of war."
