Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 2018 — The Messenger of Allah ﷺ ordered that all

It is narrated from Sayyiduna Jabir bin Samurah (may Allah be pleased with him): The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) ordered that all the doors of the mosque be closed except the door of Sayyiduna Ali (may Allah be pleased with him). Sayyiduna al-Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him) said: "O Messenger of Allah, leave just enough space for me alone to enter and leave." He (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "I have not been commanded with anything regarding that." So he (peace and blessings be upon him) closed all the doors except the door of Sayyiduna Ali (may Allah be pleased with him), and he would sometimes pass through the mosque even while in a state of major ritual impurity (janabah).
