أم الحسن، عن أم سلمة، الحسن عن أمه
Umm al-Hasan from Umm Salamah (may Allah be pleased with her); al-Hasan from his mother
Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 20164 — the Prophet ﷺ recited: Indeed, We have

حَدَّثَنَا مُعَاذُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى، ثنا عَمْرُو بْنُ مَخْرَمٍ أَبُو قَتَادَةَ الْبَصْرِيُّ، ثنا عَبْدُ الْوَارِثِ، عَنْ عَمْرٍو، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ، عَنْ أُمِّهِ، عَنْ أُمِّ سَلَمَةَ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ «قَرَأَ إِنَّا أَعْطَيْنَاكَ الْكَوْثَرَ»
It is narrated from Sayyidah Umm Salamah (may Allah be pleased with her) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) recited: "Indeed, We have given you al-Kawthar."
