Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 20090 — Sayyidah Fatimah came complaining

It is narrated from Sayyidah Umm Salamah (may Allah be pleased with her) that Sayyidah Fatimah (may Allah be pleased with her) came complaining of hard labour and said: "O Messenger of Allah, my hands have become blistered from grinding with the hand-mill, sometimes from baking bread and sometimes from kneading dough." So the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said to her: "If Allah wishes to grant you something, it will reach you. But I will tell you of something better than that: when you go to your bed, say Subhan Allah thirty-three times, say al-Hamdu lillah thirty-three times, and say Allahu Akbar thirty-four times; that is better for you than a servant. And when you have prayed the Fajr prayer, say: 'There is none worthy of worship except Allah, alone, He has no partner; His is the dominion and His is all praise; He gives life and causes death; in His hand is all good, and He has power over all things' ten times after the Fajr prayer and ten times after the Maghrib prayer. For in exchange for each one of them, ten good deeds are written and ten sins are erased, and each one of them is equal to freeing a slave from the descendants of Isma'il, and it does not leave any sin written on that day without erasing it, except shirk: 'There is none worthy of worship except Allah, alone, He has no partner.' And from the time you say it in the morning until you say it in the evening, this phrase protects you from every devil and from every thing."
