Malik bin Ja'unah from Umm Salamah (may Allah be pleased with her)
Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 20062 — she said: Sayyiduna Ali was

حَدَّثَنَا فُضَيْلُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْمَلْطِيُّ، ثنا أَبُو نُعَيْمٍ، ثنا مُوسَى بْنُ قَيْسٍ، عَنْ سَلَمَةَ بْنِ كُهَيْلٍ، عَنْ عِيَاضِ بْنِ عِيَاضٍ، عَنْ مَالِكِ بْنِ جَعْوَنَةَ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ أُمَّ سَلَمَةَ، تَقُولُ: «كَانَ عَلِيٌّ عَلَى الْحَقِّ مَنِ اتَّبَعَهُ اتَّبَعَ الْحَقَّ، وَمَنْ تَرَكَهُ تَرَكَ الْحَقَّ عَهْدًا مَعْهُودًا قَبْلَ يَوْمِهِ هَذَا»
It is narrated from Sayyidah Umm Salamah (may Allah be pleased with her) that she said: "Sayyiduna Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) was upon the truth; whoever followed him followed the truth, and whoever abandoned him abandoned the truth. This was a covenant already fixed before this day of his."
