Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 20061 — a goat of theirs died, and the Prophet ﷺ

حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ، ثنا ابْنُ الْأَصْبَهَانِيِّ، ثنا شَرِيكٌ، عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ وَهْبٍ، أَوْ عَنْ أَخِيهِ، عَنْ أُمِّ سَلَمَةَ، أَنَّ شَاةً لَهُمْ مَاتَتْ، فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «أفَلَا انْتَفَعْتُمْ بِإِهَابِهَا؟»
It is narrated from Sayyidah Umm Salamah (may Allah be pleased with her) that a goat of theirs died, and the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Why did you not make use of its skin?"
