Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 19857 — A woman came to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ

حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ سَالِمٍ الرَّازِيُّ، ثنا سَهْلُ بْنُ عُثْمَانَ، ثنا الْمُحَارِبِيُّ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو، عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ أُمِّ سَلَمَةَ، قَالَتْ: دَخَلَتِ امْرَأَةٌ عَلَى رَسُولِ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَهُوَ فِي بَيْتِ أُمِّ سَلَمَةَ، فَقَالَتْ: يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ أَرَأَيْتَ الْمَرْأَةَ تَرَى فِي مَنَامِهَا مَا يَرَى الرَّجُلُ، قَالَتْ أُمُّ سَلَمَةَ: تَبًّا لَكِ فَضَحْتِ النِّسَاءَ، قَالَتْ: إِنَّ اللهَ لَا يَسْتَحِي مِنَ الْحَقِّ، فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «مَنْ رَأَى ذَلِكَ مِنْكُنَّ فَلْتَغْتَسِلْ»
It is narrated from Sayyidah Umm Salamah (may Allah be pleased with her); she said: A woman came to the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) while he (peace and blessings be upon him) was in the house of Umm Salamah, and she said: O Messenger of Allah! Tell me, if a woman sees in her dream what a man sees (what is the ruling)? Umm Salamah (may Allah be pleased with her) said: May you perish, you have disgraced the women! The woman said: Indeed, Allah is not shy of the truth. At this the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whoever among you sees that, let her perform the ritual bath (ghusl)."
