حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ دَاوُدَ الصَّوَّافُ التُّسْتَرِيُّ، ثنا يَحْيَى بْنُ غَيْلَانَ، ثنا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ بَزِيعٍ، عَنْ أَبِي حَنِيفَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ الشَّيْبَانِيِّ، عَنْ عَامِرٍ الشَّعْبِيِّ، عَنْ مَسْرُوقٍ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، قَالَتْ: " أُعْطِيتُ سَبْعًا لَمْ يُعْطَهَا نِسَاءُ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: كُنْتُ مِنْ أَحَبِّ النَّاسِ إِلَيْهِ نَفْسًا وَأَحَبِّ النَّاسِ إِلَيْهِ أَبًا، وَتَزَوَّجَنِي رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بِكْرًا، وَلَمْ يَتَزَوَّجْ بِكْرًا غَيْرِي، وَكَانَ جِبْرِيلُ يَنْزِلُ عَلَيْهِ بِالْوَحْيِ وَأَنَا مَعَهُ فِي لِحَافٍ وَلَمْ يُفْعَلْ ذَلِكَ لِغَيْرِي، وَكَانَ لِي يَوْمَيْنِ وَلَيْلَتَيْنِ، وَكَانَ لِنِسَائِهِ يَوْمٌ وَلَيْلَةٌ، وَأَنْزَلَ فِي عُذْرٍ مِنَ السَّمَاءِ كَادَ أَنْ يَهْلِكَ بِي فِئَامٌ مِنَ النَّاسِ، وَقُبِضَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بَيْنَ سَحْرِي وَنَحْرِي "
It is narrated from Sayyidah Aishah (may Allah be pleased with her) that she said: I was given seven things that were not given to any other wife of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him): I was among the people most beloved to him (peace and blessings be upon him) for my own sake, and also among the people most beloved to him for the sake of my father. And the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) married me as a virgin, and he did not marry any virgin other than me. And when Jibril (peace be upon him) came down to him (peace and blessings be upon him) with revelation, I would be with him (peace and blessings be upon him) under the same cover, and this was not done with anyone else. And my share was two days and two nights, while the share of his (peace and blessings be upon him) other wives was one day and one night. And my exoneration was revealed from the heavens, in a matter over which a group of people nearly perished because of me. And the soul of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) was taken while he was between my chest and my neck.
