حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَزْدَادَ التَّوْزِيُّ، ثنا أَبُو هَمَّامٍ الْوَلِيدُ بْنُ شُجَاعٍ، حَدَّثَنِي بَقِيَّةُ بْنُ الْوَلِيدِ، عَنْ بَحِيرِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ، عَنْ خَالِدِ بْنِ مَعْدَانَ، عَنْ أَبِي قُتَيْلَةَ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَامَ فِي النَّاسِ فِي حَجَّةِ الْوَدَاعِ، فَقَالَ: «لَا نَبِيَّ بَعْدِي وَلَا أُمَّةَ بَعْدَكُمْ فَاعْبُدُوا رَبَّكُمْ وَأَقِيمُوا خَمْسَكُمْ وَصُومُوا شَهْرَكُمْ وَأَطِيعُوا وُلَاةَ أَمْرِكُمْ تَدْخُلُوا جَنَّةَ رَبِّكُمْ»
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Qutaylah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) stood among the people during the Farewell Hajj and said: "There is no prophet after me and no nation after you. So worship your Lord, establish your five prayers, fast your month and obey those in authority over you; you will enter the Paradise of your Lord."
