حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَضْرَمِيُّ، ثنا يَحْيَى الْحِمَّانِيُّ، ثنا قَيْسُ بْنُ الرَّبِيعِ، عَنْ عَوْنِ بْنِ أَبِي جُحَيْفَةَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ: " دَخَلْتُ عَلَى النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنَا وَرَجُلَانِ مِنْ بَنِي عَامِرٍ، فَقَالَ: «مِمَّنْ أَنْتُمْ؟» قُلْنَا: مِنْ بَنِي عَامِرٍ قَالَ: «أَنْتُمَا مِنِّي»
Sayyiduna Abu Juhayfah (may Allah be pleased with him) said: I and two men from Banu Amir came into the presence of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), and he (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Where are you from?" We said: From Banu Amir. He (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "You two are from me."
