حَدَّثَنَا بِشْرُ بْنُ مُوسَى، ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عِمْرَانَ بْنِ أَبِي لَيْلَى، حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي، عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي لَيْلَى، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ، عَنِ الْمُغِيرَةِ بْنِ شُعْبَةَ، «أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ تَشَهَّدَ، لَمَّا رَفَعَ رَأْسَهُ مِنْ سَجْدَتَيِ السَّهْوِ»
It is narrated from Sayyiduna al-Mughirah bin Shu'bah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) recited the tashahhud after raising his head from the two prostrations of forgetfulness.
