حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ التَّمَّارُ الْبَصْرِيُّ، ثنا يُونُسُ بْنُ مُوسَى السَّامِيُّ، وَسُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ دَاوُدَ الشَّاذَكُونِيُّ، قَالَا: ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ مَسْمُولٍ، حَدَّثَنِي عُبَيْدُ اللهِ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ بْنِ وَهْرَامٍ، عَنْ مِيلٍ بِنْتِ مِشْرَحٍ، قَالَتْ: رَأَيْتُ أَبِي «قَلَّمَ أَظْفَارَهُ، ثُمَّ دَفَنَهَا» وَقَالَ: أَيْ بُنَيَّةُ، «هَكَذَا رَأَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَفْعَلُ»
Mil, the daughter of Sayyiduna Mishrah Abu Mil (may Allah be pleased with him), narrates: I saw my father "trim his nails and then bury them," and he said: O my daughter! "This is how I saw the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) do it."
