حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْوَلِيدِ النَّرْسِيُّ، ثنا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ بْنِ أَبِي كَبْشَةَ، ثنا أَبُو عَامِرٍ الْعَقَدِيُّ، ثنا زَمْعَةُ بْنُ صَالِحٍ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ حَرَامِ بْنِ سَعْدِ بْنِ مُحَيِّصَةَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ، أَنَّهُ اسْتَأْذَنَ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي خَرَاجِ الْحَجَّامِ «فَمَنَعَهُ إِيَّاهُ، فَلَمْ يَزَلْ يُرَاجِعُ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَيُذْكُرُ لَهُ حَاجَتَهُ حَتَّى» أَذِنَ لَهُ أَنْ يَعْلِفَهَ نَاضِحَهُ وَرَقِيقَهُ "
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Muhayyisah (may Allah be pleased with him) that he sought the permission of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) concerning the earnings of the cupper. "He (peace and blessings be upon him) forbade him, but he kept returning to the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) and mentioning his need until" he (peace and blessings be upon him) permitted him to feed from it his water-carrying camel and his slaves.
