حَدَّثَنَا مُوسَى بْنُ عِيسَى بْنِ الْمُنْذِرِ الْحِمْصِيُّ، ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ الصُّورِيُّ، ح وَحَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ الْمُعَلَّى الدِّمَشْقِيُّ، ثنا هِشَامُ بْنُ عَمَّارٍ، قَالَا: ثنا عَمْرُو بْنُ وَاقِدٍ، عَنْ يُونُسَ بْنِ مَيْسَرَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي إِدْرِيسَ، عَنْ مُعَاذِ بْنِ جَبَلٍ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «اللهُمَّ مَنْ آمَنَ بِي، وَصَدَّقَنِي وَشَهِدَ أَنَّ مَا جِئْتُ بِهِ هُوَ الْحَقُّ فَأَقِلَّ مَالَهُ، وَوَلَدَهُ وَعَجِّلْ قَبْضَهُ إِلَيْكَ، وَمَنْ لَمْ يُؤْمِنْ بِي، وَيُصَدِّقْنِي وَيَعْلَمْ أَنَّ مَا جِئْتُ بِهِ هُوَ الْحَقُّ مِنْ عِنْدِكَ فَأَكْثِرْ مَالَهُ وَوَلَدَهُ، وَأَطِلْ عُمُرَهُ»
Sayyiduna Mu'adh bin Jabal (may Allah be pleased with him) said that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) supplicated: "O Allah, whoever believes in me, affirms me, and testifies that what I have brought is the truth, then lessen his wealth and children and hasten his taking to You. And whoever does not believe in me, does not affirm me, and does not know that what I have brought is the truth from You, then increase his wealth and children and lengthen his life."
