Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 16972 — Makhul relates: I heard Sayyiduna

Makhul relates: I heard Sayyiduna Mu'awiyah (may Allah be pleased with him) say on the pulpit: When the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) turned away after finishing the prayer, he would say: "There is no true god except Allah, alone, He has no partner; to Him belongs the dominion and to Him belongs all praise, and He has power over all things. O Allah, none can withhold what You give, and none can give what You withhold, and the status of a man of status does not benefit him against You."
