ما روى ابن عباس، عن معاوية رحمهم الله
Reports Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrated from Mu'awiyah (may Allah be pleased with him)
Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 16744 — I cut the hair of the Messenger of Allah
حَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ صَالِحٍ الشِّيرَازِيُّ، ثنا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ الْهَيْثَمِ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ، عَنْ جَعْفَرِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ حُسَيْنٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، عَنْ مُعَاوِيَةَ، قَالَ: «قَصَّرْتُ عَنْ رَسُولِ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عِنْدَ الْمَرْوَةِ بِمِشْقَصٍ»
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Mu'awiyah (may Allah be pleased with him); he said: "I cut the hair of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) with an arrowhead near al-Marwah."
