حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ حَنْبَلٍ، حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي، ثنا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، أَنَا مَعْمَرٌ، عَنِ ابْنِ طَاوُوسٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، عَنْ مُعَاوِيَةَ، قَالَ: «قَصَّرْتُ عَنْ رَسُولِ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عِنْدَ الْمَرْوَةِ بِمِشْقَصٍ فِي حَجَّتِهِ»
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Mu'awiyah (may Allah be pleased with him); he said: "I cut the hair of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) with an arrowhead near al-Marwah during his Hajj."
