حَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ سُوَيْدٍ الشِّيَامِيُّ، أَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، أَنَا ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ، عَنْ جَعْفَرِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ حُسَيْنٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، عَنْ مُعَاوِيَةَ، قَالَ: «قَصَّرْتُ عَنْ رَسُولِ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَلَى الْمَرْوَةِ بِمِشْقَصِ أَعْرَابِيٍّ»
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Mu'awiyah (may Allah be pleased with him); he said: "I cut the hair of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) with the arrowhead of a bedouin on al-Marwah."
