مالك بن هبيرة السكوني
Malik bin Hubayrah al-Sakuni (may Allah be pleased with him)
Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 16714 — the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: There
حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ، ثنا عَارِمٌ أَبُو النُّعْمَانِ، ثنا حَمَّادُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ إِسْحَاقَ، عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ أَبِي حَبِيبٍ، عَنْ مَرْثَدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ الْيَزَنِيِّ، عَنْ مَالِكِ بْنِ هُبَيْرَةَ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «مَا مِنْ مُسْلِمٍ يُصَلِّي عَلَيْهِ ثَلَاثُ صُفُوفٍ إِلَّا أَوْجَبَ» ، قَالَ: وَكَانَ مَالِكٌ إِذَا اسْتَقْبَلَ أَهْلَ الْجَنَازَةِ جَزَّأَهُمْ ثَلَاثَةَ صُفُوفٍ
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Malik bin Hubayrah (may Allah be pleased with him); he said that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "There is no Muslim over whose funeral three rows pray except that he has made (Paradise) obligatory (for himself)." The narrator said: And when Malik faced the people of a funeral, he would divide them into three rows.
