حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ بْنُ غَنَّامٍ، وَمُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَضْرَمِيُّ، قَالَا: ثنا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، ثنا أَبُو الْأَحْوَصِ، عَنْ عَاصِمٍ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ صَفْوَانَ، قَالَ: «ذَبَحْتُ أَرْنَبَيْنِ بِمَرْوَةٍ، فَأَتَيْتُ بِهِمَا النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، فَأَمَرَنِي بِأَكْلِهِمَا»
Sayyiduna Muhammad bin Safwan (may Allah be pleased with him) said: I slaughtered two rabbits with a sharp stone, then brought them to the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), and he (peace and blessings be upon him) ordered me to eat them.
