حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ بْنِ رَاهَوَيْهِ، ثنا أَبِي، ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ فُضَيْلٍ، عَنْ حُصَيْنٍ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ صَفْوَانَ، قَالَ: ذَبَحْتُ أَرْنَبَيْنِ بِمَرْوَةٍ، فَأَتَيْتُ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، فَذَكَرْتُ ذَلِكَ لَهُ وَقُلْتُ: آكُلُهُمَا قَالَ: «نَعَمْ»
Sayyiduna Muhammad bin Safwan (may Allah be pleased with him) said: I slaughtered two rabbits with a sharp stone, then came to the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), mentioned this to him (peace and blessings be upon him) and said: Shall I eat them? He (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Yes."
