Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 16367 — the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said to him

حَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ دُحَيْمٍ الدِّمَشْقِيُّ، ثنا أَبِي، ح وَحَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ رِشْدِينَ الْمِصْرِيُّ، ثنا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ صَالِحٍ، قَالَا: ثنا ابْنُ أَبِي فُدَيْكٍ، حَدَّثَنِي يَحْيَى بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ أَبِي قَتَادَةَ، عَنْ سَعْدِ بْنِ إِسْحَاقَ بْنِ كَعْبِ بْنِ عُجْرَةَ، عَنْ أبِيهِ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ لِكَعْبِ بْنِ عُجْرَةَ: «إِنَّهُ سَيَكُونُ بَعْدِي أُمَرَاءُ وَصَفَهُمْ بِالْجَوْرِ، فَمَنْ دَخَلَ عَلَيْهِمْ فَصَدَّقَهُمْ بِكَذِبِهِمْ وَأَعَانَهُمْ عَلَى فُجُورِهِمْ فَلَيْسَ مِنِّي وَلَسْتُ مِنْهُ وَلن يَرِدُ عَلَى الْحَوْضِ، وَمَنْ لَمْ يُصَدِّقْهُمْ بِكَذِبِهِمْ وَلَمْ يُعِنْهُمْ عَلَى فُجُورِهِمْ فَهُوَ مِنِّي وَأَنَا مِنْهُ وَيَرِدُ عَلَى الْحَوْضِ، يَا كَعْبُ بْنَ عُجْرَةَ يَحِقُّ لِلَحْمٍ نَبَتَ مِنْ سُحْتٍ أَلَّا يَدْخُلَ الْجَنَّةَ، النَّارُ أَوْلَى بِهِ وَالنَّارُ أَحَقُّ بِهِ»
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ka'b bin Ujrah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said to him: "After me there will be rulers" and he (peace and blessings be upon him) described them as oppressive "whoever goes in to them, affirms their lies and helps them in their wickedness, he is not from me and I am not from him, and he will never come to me at the Pond. And whoever does not affirm their lies and does not help them in their wickedness, he is from me and I am from him, and he will come to me at the Pond. O Ka'b bin Ujrah, flesh that has grown from unlawful earnings deserves not to enter Paradise; the Fire is more fitting for it, and the Fire has more right to it."
