Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 16307 — the Prophet ﷺ passed by him

حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ هَاشِمٍ الْبَعْلَبَكِّيُّ، ثنا سُوَيْدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ، ثنا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ حُسَيْنٍ، عَنِ الْحَكَمِ بْنِ عُتَيْبَةَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ أَبِي لَيْلَى، عَنْ كَعْبِ بْنِ عُجْرَة، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنَّهُ مَرَّ عَلَيْهِ فِي عُمْرَةِ الْحُدَيْبِيَةِ، وَقَدْ كَثُرَ هَوَامُّ رَأْسِهِ، فَقَالَ لَهُ: «يَا كَعْبُ بْنَ عُجْرَةَ إِنَّ هَذَا لَأَذًى» ، قَالَ: أَجَلْ، يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ فَهَلْ لِي مِنْ رُخْصَةٍ، قَالَ: «انْسُكْ نَسِيكَةً أَوْ صُمْ ثَلَاثَةَ أَيَّامٍ أَوْ أَطْعِمْ سِتَّةَ مَسَاكِينٍ»
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ka'b bin Ujrah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) passed by him on the occasion of the Umrah of al-Hudaybiyah, when the lice of his head had greatly increased. He (peace and blessings be upon him) said to him: "O Ka'b bin Ujrah! This is certainly harmful." He said: Yes, O Messenger of Allah, so is there any concession for me? He (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Slaughter a sacrifice, or fast three days, or feed six poor people."
