Sayyiduna Ka'b bin Ujrah (may Allah be pleased with him) said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) passed by me at al-Hudaybiyah while I was cooking in a pot and lice were falling onto my face. He (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Are your lice troubling you?" I said: Yes. He (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Then shave your head, then fast three days, or slaughter a goat, or feed one faraq to six poor people."
