حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ بْنُ غَنَّامٍ، ثنا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، ثنا إِسْمَاعِيلُ ابْنُ عُلَيَّةَ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ أَبِي عَرُوبَةَ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنْ زُرَارَةَ بْنِ أَوْفَى، عَنْ عِمْرَانَ بْنِ حُصَيْنٍ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ صَلَّى صَلَاةَ الظُّهْرِ، فَلَمَّا سَلَّمَ قَالَ: «أَيُّكُمْ قَرَأَ سَبِّحِ اسْمَ رَبِّكَ الْأَعْلَى؟» فَقَالَ رَجُلٌ مِنَ الْقَوْمِ، فَقَالَ: «قَدْ ظَنَنْتُ أَنَّ بَعْضَكُمْ خَالَجَنِيهَا»
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Imran bin Husayn (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) led the Zuhr prayer. When he gave the salam, he said: "Which of you recited 'Sabbih isma Rabbika al-A'la' (Glorify the name of your Lord, the Most High)?" A man from among the people answered, and he (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "I thought that one of you was contending with me over it."
