Sayyiduna Jubayr bin Mut'im (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that once he was travelling with the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him), and people were with him (peace and blessings be upon him) as well; (it was) the occasion of the return from Hunayn. The Bedouins clung to the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him), asking him for things, until they forced him (peace and blessings be upon him) against an acacia tree, and it snatched his (peace and blessings be upon him) cloak. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) stopped and said: "Give me my cloak. If there were livestock equal in number to these thorny trees, I would distribute them among you, and then you would not find me miserly, a liar or cowardly."
