حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ، ثنا حَجَّاجُ بْنُ الْمِنْهَالِ، ح وَحَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ حَنْبَلٍ، ثنا عَبْدُ الْأَعْلَى بْنُ حَمَّادٍ النَّرْسِيُّ، ح وَحَدَّثَنَا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ التُّسْتَرِيُّ، ثنا ابْنُ عَائِشَةَ قَالُوا: ثنا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ، ثنا قَتَادَةُ، وَيُونُسُ، وَحُمَيْدٌ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ، عَنْ عِمْرَانَ بْنِ حُصَيْنٍ، أَنَّهُ سُئِلَ عَنْ رَجُلٍ طَلَّقَ امْرَأَتَهُ وَلَمْ يُشْهِدْ وَرَاجَعَهَا وَلَمْ يُشْهِدْ قَالَ: «إِنْ طَلَّقَ فِي غَيْرِ عِدَّةٍ، وَرَاجَعَ فِي غَيْرِ سُّنَّةٍ لِيُشْهِدَ الْآنَ»
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Imran bin Husayn (may Allah be pleased with him) that he was asked about a man who divorced his wife without taking witnesses and took her back without taking witnesses. He said: If he divorced at an improper time and took her back contrary to the Sunnah, then let him take witnesses now.
