حَدَّثَنَا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ عُمَرَ الضَّبِّيُّ، ثَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ مَرْزُوقٍ، أَنَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ أَشْعَثَ بْنِ سُلَيْمٍ، عَنِ الْأَسْوَدِ بْنِ هِلَالٍ، عَنْ أَبِي مَسْعُودٍ قَالَ: «لَيْسَ مِنَ السُّنَّةِ الصَّلَاةُ قَبْلَ خُرُوجِ الْإِمَامِ يَوْمَ الْعِيدِ»
Sayyiduna Abu Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him) said: "Praying before the imam comes out on the day of Eid is not part of the Sunnah."
