عمرو بن خارجة الأسعدي ويقال: خارجة بن عمرو والصواب: عمرو بن خارجة حليف أبي سفيان بن حرب بن أمية بن عبد شمس بن عبد مناف
Amr bin Kharijah al-As'adi (may Allah be pleased with him); it is said: Kharijah bin Amr, but the correct form is Amr bin Kharijah; an ally of Abu Sufyan bin Harb bin Umayyah bin Abd Shams bin Abd Manaf

حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ سَعِيدِ بْنِ أَبِي مَرْيَمَ، ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يُوسُفَ الْفِرْيَابِيُّ، ثَنَا عَبْدُ الْحَمِيدِ بْنُ بَهْرَامَ، عَنْ شَهْرِ بْنِ حَوْشَبٍ، حَدَّثَنِي خَارِجَةُ بْنُ عَمْرٍو - وَكَانَ حَلِيفًا لِأَبِي سُفْيَانَ فِي الْجَاهِلِيَّةِ - عَنْ رَسُولِ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أنَّهُ قَالَ: «أَيُّهَا النَّاسُ لَا يَحِلُّ لِي وَلَا لِأَحَدٍ مِنْ مَغَانِمِ الْمُسْلِمِينَ مَا يَزِنُ فِي هَذِهِ الْوَبَرَةِ، وَأَخَذَ وَبَرَةً مِنْ غَارِبِ نَاقَتِهِ بَعْدَ الَّذِي فَرَضَ اللهُ لِي»
It is narrated from Kharijah bin Amr (may Allah be pleased with him), who was an ally of Abu Sufyan in the Jahiliyyah, that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "O people! It is not lawful for me, nor for anyone, to take from the spoils of war of the Muslims even as much as the weight of this hair" - and he (peace and blessings be upon him) took a hair from the top of his she-camel's hump - "except what Allah has prescribed for me."
