Tha'labah bin Abi Malik al-Qurazi (may Allah be pleased with him)
Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 1374 — the Prophet ﷺ said: Do not suffer harm

حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ الصَّائِغُ الْمَكِّيُّ، ثنا يَعْقُوبُ بْنُ حُمَيْدِ بْنِ كَاسِبٍ، ثنا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، مَوْلَى مُزَيْنَةَ عَنْ صَفْوَانَ بْنِ سُلَيْمٍ، عَنْ ثَعْلَبَةَ بْنِ أَبِي مَالِكٍ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «لَا ضَرَرَ، وَلَا ضِرَارَ»
وَأَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، «قَضَى فِي مَشَارِبِ النَّخْلِ بِالسَّيْلِ الْأَعْلَى، عَلَى الْأَسْفَلِ، يَشْرَبُ الْأَعْلَى، وَيَدُورُ الْمَاءُ إِلَى الْكَثِيرِ، ثُمَّ يَسْرَحُ الْمَاءُ إِلَى الْأَسْفَلِ، وَكَذَلِكَ حَتَّى يَنْقَضِيَ الْحَوَائِطُ، ويَفْنَى الْمَاءُ»
وَأَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، «قَضَى فِي مَشَارِبِ النَّخْلِ بِالسَّيْلِ الْأَعْلَى، عَلَى الْأَسْفَلِ، يَشْرَبُ الْأَعْلَى، وَيَدُورُ الْمَاءُ إِلَى الْكَثِيرِ، ثُمَّ يَسْرَحُ الْمَاءُ إِلَى الْأَسْفَلِ، وَكَذَلِكَ حَتَّى يَنْقَضِيَ الْحَوَائِطُ، ويَفْنَى الْمَاءُ»
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Tha'labah bin Abi Malik (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Do not suffer harm and do not cause harm."
And the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) ruled concerning the watering of date palms that, with floodwater coming from above, the upper one should irrigate first, then the water should turn towards the greater (level), then the water should be released downwards, and so on, until the orchards are finished and the water runs out.
