Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 1373 — a dispute was brought to the Messenger

Sayyiduna Tha'labah bin Abi Malik (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that a dispute was brought to the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) concerning the floodwater of Mahzur, the valley of Banu Qurayzah. The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) judged between them that the water should be held back up to the ankles, and that it should not be withheld from the one lower down.
