Amr bin Dinar from Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with him)
Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 13583 — I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say

حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو حَبِيبٍ يَحْيَى بْنُ نَافِعٍ الْمِصْرِيُّ، ثنا سَعِيدُ بْنُ أَبِي مَرْيَمَ، ثنا دَاوُدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ الْعَطَّارُ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ دِينَارٍ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ ابْنَ عُمَرَ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ: «مَنْ كَانَ لَهُ عَبْدٌ بَيْنَهُ وَبَيْنَ آخَرَ فَأَعْتَقَ نَصِيبَهُ، فَإِنَّهُ يُقَامُ عَلَيْهِ فَيُعْتِقُهُ»
Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates: I heard the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) say: "Whoever shares ownership of a slave with another person and frees his own share, a value shall be set against him (for the remaining share), and then he shall free him (completely)."
