Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 13529 — he said: Selling the spoils of war

حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدَانُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ، ثنا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، ثنا حَفْصُ بْنُ غِيَاثٍ، عَنْ لَيْثٍ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، قَالَ: «نُهِيَ عَنْ بَيْعِ الْغَنِيمَةِ، حَتَّى تُقْسَمَ»
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that he said: "Selling the spoils of war before they are distributed has been forbidden."
