Yusuf bin Mihran from Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him)
Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 12874 — he said: Surah al-An'am was revealed all

حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ، ثنا حَجَّاجُ بْنُ الْمِنْهَالِ، ثنا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ زَيْدٍ، عَنْ يُوسُفَ بْنِ مِهْرَانَ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، قَالَ: «نَزَلَتْ سُورَةُ الْأَنْعَامِ جُمْلَةً بِمَكَّةَ لَيْلًا وَحَوْلَهَا سَبْعُونَ أَلْفَ مَلَكٍ يَجْرُونَ حَوْلَهَا بِالتَّسْبِيحِ»
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) that he said: "Surah al-An'am was revealed all at once in Makkah at night, and around it were seventy thousand angels circling it with glorification."
