Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 128 — whenever someone came to Sayyiduna Uthman

It is narrated from Qatadah that whenever someone came to Sayyiduna Uthman bin Affan (may Allah be pleased with him) to call him to prayer, he would say: "Welcome to those who speak with justice, and welcome and greetings to the prayer."
